Our Silver Service adds a further level of care, in that we take on additional responsibilities during the tenancy period. Our involvement means that you do not have to worry about collecting rent, or more importantly taking the right steps when rent becomes overdue. With Ashwood Property Management taking care of checking the tenant out, you are relieved of the responsibility for serving the correct legal notices (essential if you are to avoid repossession problems), checking the inventory and resolving dilapidation disputes.

Ashwood Property Management will;

-     Make arrangements for the ongoing collection of rental.

-     Prepare monthly statements of account for you.

-     Expedite late rents.

-     Prepare and serve the relevant legal notices at the end of the tenancy.

-     Check the tenants out of the property.
