Our Bronze Service provides you with a professional tenant finding service, thereby relieving you of the trouble and expense of marketing your property, identifying and referencing a desirable tenant and drawing up the various legal agreements.

Ashwood Property Management will;

-  Inform you of the relevant Safety Regulations which apply to the property.

-  Prepare particulars of the property and assess rental value.

-  Market the property for letting.

-  Obtain a holding deposit from the prospective tenant.

-  Obtain comprehensive references on the prospective tenants.

-  Prepare the Tenancy Agreement and relevant legal notices.

-  Collect the first month’s rental in advance.

-  Collect a security deposit.

-  Advise the tenants of the procedures for registering with the appropriate utility companies.

-  Prepare an inventory.

-  Check the tenants into the property.
